How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Once your order is placed our roaster will prepare your batch of coffee within 24 hours. Once roasted your coffee will be sent via Express Post where it should arrive within 1-2 business days.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We have a 15 day satisfaction guarantee. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your coffee you can exchange it within 15 days of placing your order.

How do I change my shipping address?

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information

Do you ship to my country?

Currently we only ship Australia-wide via our website. Please contact us for export orders.

Will my items come in one package?

We endeavour to ensure your order comes in one package where weight allows.
